Surroundings: Water, Reeds, Small Trees, Undergrowth
Camp: Between two large streams with two trees crisscrossing over each other
Left Border: Star Tribe
Right Border: Winter Tribe
Story/Facts:
Rainbow Tribe is known for their ability to swim in water, that’s why Rainbow Tribe cats smell like water. Instead of water weighing the cats of Rainbow Tribe down like the other tribe cats, their unique fur makes the water repel and lets them float and swim faster. Did you know that Rainbow Tribe’s kits would always sneak out of camp? So to stop that from happening, the to-be-mothers built streams around the camp to make sure that the kits don’t escape. Cool right!?
Special Attack:
Water Soaker:
The Water Soaker is a special technique that Rainbow Tribe is only allowed to use. This technique is a team attack; which means a group of five cats have to work together. This attack is great for a battle against another tribe. We’ll have Morninglight, Pinefur, Blackheart, Greenpoppy, and Springshine demonstrate. Springshine and Morninglight will head to the water’s edge and splash water onto some broken reeds lying on the ground. That way, when Winter Tribe attacks, (an example) they will slip on the slippery reeds when Greenpoppy pretends to get chased by them and leads them down to the water. Meanwhile, Blackheart and Pinefur are waiting on opposite sides of the shore, ready to splash the attacking tribe. As soon as Greenpoppy lets out the warning yowl, Morninglight and Springshine will hide in the water by making sure that only their heads are still a float. As soon as the attackers slip on the broken reeds, Blackheart, Pinefur, and Greenpoppy splash them while Morninglight and Springshine call for back up since it is too slippery for the attackers to run away. Once back up comes, Morninglight and Springshine will look for rocks nearby and give Rainbow Tribe a warning yowl. Once all of Rainbow Tribe is away from the attackers, Morninglight and Springshine kick the rocks with their hind legs towards the attacks which are trying to run away. This attack doesn’t stop until the attacking tribe’s leader yells to retreat back into their territory. Now you know the Water Soaker attack.
